Kit of simulators (interference generators) to test products for EMC

Designed to test hardware for EMC (noise resistance). The tests are conducted in a test laboratory.

The kit comprises:

  • a simulator of electrostatic discharges ESR-8000K (with a module of air discharge ESR-15000). Tests under GOST 30804.4.2-2013. Contact discharge with an amplitude of 2, 4, 6, 8 kV. Air discharge with an amplitude of 2, 4, 6, 8, 15 kV.
  • a simulator of bursts of interference IPP-4000 with a built-in one-phase coupler/ isolator. Induction coupling pincers. Tests under GOST 30804.4.4-2013. Bursts of nanosecond impulse interference with an impulse of 5/50 ns, an amplitude of 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 kV. The impulses recur at a 5-kHz frequency.
  • a simulator of bursts of interference IPP-4000 with a built-in one-phase coupler/ isolator. Tests under GOST R 51317.4.5-99. Microsecond impulse interference with a voltage impulse of 1/50 µs and an amplitude of 0.5, 1, 2, 4 kV, a short circuit current impulse 16/6.4 µs and an amplitude of 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 kA.
  • a simulator of impulse interference IIP-4000D with a coupler/ isolator LSR 2/2 for twin lines. Tests under GOST R 51317.4.5-99. Microsecond impulse interference with a voltage impulse of 6.4/700 µs and an amplitude of 0.5, 1, 2, 4 kV, a short circuit current impulse 4/300 µs and an amplitude of 12.5, 25, 50, 2 kA.
  • a simulator of voltage drops and overstresses IPNP-8. Tests under GOST 30804.4.11-2013. The voltage drops of 30 and 60%, spikes of 20%, voltage interruptions of 100%. The voltage variations last from 10 ms to 9 s. The voltage variations come after from 1 to 900 s. A phase of the beginning of the interference injections 0%, a phase of the end of the interference injections 0, 45, 90, 135%.
  • a simulator of bursts of interference IPP-4000 with a built-in one-phase coupler/ isolator. Tests under GOST R 51317.4.12-99. Single vibration damping interference, an amplitude of voltage impulse of 0.5, 1, 2, 4 kV and an amplitude of the current impulse at outputs of 333, 133, 20 А. The vibration frequency - 100 kHz, a degree of vibration damping - 60%.
  • a simulator of bursts of interference IPP-4000 with a built-in one-phase coupler/ isolator. Tests under GOST R 51317.4.12-99. Periodic vibration damping interference, an amplitude of voltage impulse of 0.5, 1, 2, 2.5kV. Vibration frequency 1 and 100 kHz, a degree of vibration damping - 50%. The impulse bursts last 2 s.
  • a simulator of bursts of interference IPP-4000 with a built-in one-phase coupler/ isolator. A range to adjust a distorting signal amplitude with a load of 50 Ohm is from 10 to 35 V. A range of an installation of the distorting signal frequency is from 100 to 5000 Hz.
  • a simulator of conducted interference IKP 61000-4-16 with built-in couplers/ isolators for one-phase power circuit and communication lines. Tests under GOST R 51317.4.16-2000. Generates nonsymmetric voltage within the frequency range from 0 to 150 kHz. DC and AC voltage (50 Hz) with an amplitude from 1 to 30 V (long-term mode) and from 10 to 300 V (long-term mode). A sine voltage within the frequency range from 15 Hz to 150 kHz and an amplitude from 0.1 to 30 V.
  • a simulator of industrial frequency magnetic field IMPPCh-1000 with inductor coil IK-1. Tests under GOST R 50648-94. Industrial frequency (50 Hz) magnetic field of the intensity of up to 1,000 A/m. Long-term and short-term (1-3 s) modes.
  • a simulator of impulse magnetic fields IMP-1000 with inductor coil IK-1. Tests under GOST R 50649-94. Impulse magnetic field of the intensity of 100, 300 and 1,000 A/m. Parameters of the current impulse 6.4/16 µs. A phase of the impulse injection relative to supply voltage from 0 to 360%. Tests under GOST R 50652-94. The vibration damping magnetic field of the intensity of 10, 30 and 100 A/m. The vibration frequency 1 and 100 kHz. A degree of vibration damping - 50%.
  • Equipment and measurement devices to test for immunity of products to radio-frequency fields under GOST 30804.4.3-2013 and GOST R 51317.4.6-99, including a signal generator CWS 500N1, an output amplifier UM-13, a radiating antenna VUSLP 9111E, a field-intensify meter PZ-41, electromagnetic pincers ЕМ 101, couplers/ isolators USR-61000-4-6 for one-phase power circuit and communication lines. The tests are conducted in an Acoustic Chamber (AC).
  • a meter of harmonics, voltage variations and flicker IGKF-1. Tests under GOST 30804.3.2-2013 and GOST 30804.3.3-2013.
